Contact us to schedule an appointment for a beginner wheel throwing experience, handbuilding, painting on bisqueware, or painting with watercolor or acrylics. We will schedule individuals, groups, and parties!

Drop-in Hours

During drop-in hours, staff is available to assist with hand building projects, glazing, and purchase of items in our showroom. However, if you would like to have an instructor available for the duration of your visit, please schedule an appointment. Wheel classes are ONLY by appointment. Wheels are available for independent use during drop-in hours only if you have had an introductory session with us and are familiar with the studio procedures. Members and current students have access to the studio 24/7 and have priority over drop-in artists. Drop-in sessions include firing and use of our glazes without further charge, however drop-in artists who make a lot of pieces or very large pieces on one or return visits may be asked to pay rent on a shelf on which to store their pieces before and between firings as that kind of space is limited. Drop-in artists are expected to clean up after themselves and return tools and clay to their appropriate storage areas.
